Water is one of the most effective ways of cleansing your skin. Dehydration can lead to a tremendous build-up of toxins that may cause pimples and acne. Experts recommend drinking at least two litres or eight glasses of water daily. You should sip this water throughout the day even if you’re not feeling thirsty. If you find drinking water difficult, infusing some fruit with your water can make it more drinkable. Alternatively, you can also drink a lot of herbal teas to increase the fluids in your body.
